The May 15th brat Fry will be at Quillin's

Our Rotary club has a marketing opportunity to have a Rotary booth once a month at the Tuesday outdoor La Crescent Farmer's Market! The dates available are May 21, June 4, July 2, August 6. Set up is at 3:30. The market runs from 4 to 7 pm. Supplies needed are a 10 x 10 canopy, a banquet table, Rotary banner, chairs and any promotional information. Those items will be available to pick up at Steve and Monica Holman's home, 1415 Cedar Dr. 

Rotary will be the main food vendor for the La Crescent Live opening concert Wednesday, June 12th! Our tent will be behind ACE Hardware.

Muriel is a former in-bound youth exchange student sponsored by our La Crescent Rotary Club. She is visiting the area and wanted to be sure to reconnect with La Crescent Rotary and share what's happened in her life since her time as a youth exchange student. Should be a great program!

Naomi was one of the three students the club sponsored to attend the recent Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) event. She'll share her experiences with the club.

John will share his experiences teaching chess to children at Crucifixion Elementary School and La Crescent Elementary School over the past 5 years.  Working with elementary school children can be challengin, but also very rewarding.  The elementary school chess program does require contributions for ongoing function.  Does the Rotary Club of La Crescent have interest in supporting this program?

The 11th annual Apple Blossom Bike Tour, Vet's Park

Registration at Time Out Tavern 7 a.m., riders leave by 8, lunch and music in park starting at 10:30.

Those who are able will depart Corky's at 7:40 a.m. and travel to 555 Lester Ave., Onalaska. Tour should take about 1 hour.

Lester Ave. runs parallel to Theater Road (near Slumberland, Dahl Automotive). Lester is 1 block south.

Our August brat fry is the 28th during the final summer concert, Hillbilly Rocketship. We expect a big crowd for that concert! Thank you for signing up to help!

Line up starts at 6:30, parade starts at 7:30 at Crucifixion and ends at Old Hickory Park.  We need a minimum of 5 people, but ALL who are able are welcome!

Please sign up to help sell pop, water and peanuts during the Applefest Parade!

We'll need a total of 9 people to walk along side small tractors with trailors containing pop, water and peanuts. We'll have 3 trailors, 3 people per trailor, placed at 3 points along the parade route.

You will need sun protection, good walking shoes and smiling faces! Rotary vests will be provided if you don't have one. Cash and cash aprons will be provided.

We will all return to Ace Hardware parking lot to put items away after the parade.
