Area Rotarian and past District Governor, Bill Hoel will be facilitating our Visioning Event.
Please make an effort to attend this important event as it requires a majority of our members to be present! With the Visioning Event being in June, it will provide vital information for our incoming president and committees to use in planning for the upcoming Rotary Year.
What: The Club Visioning Event
When: Saturday, June 3rd from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
Where: The La Crescent Community Center, 336 South 1st St. Use the alley entrance behind the fire station.
Breakfast: A breakfast of coffee, juice, egg dish, pastries, and fruit will be served.
*Please remember to fill out and submit The Club Health Check Survey and The Member Satisfaction Survey no later than May 25th. Both surveys were emailed May 17th. Let me know if you are not able to fill them out electronically.

Please join us for a picnic at the Old Hickory Park for a potluck dinner under the paviliion on the Jonathan Street side. A main dish will be provided by the President and President Elect. Please bring a dish of your own to pass. A separate signup list will be created and circulated, and we would ask that club members choose an item on the signup sheet that they would be willing to provide, so that we are not all bringing the same thing! At the Changeover Dinner, we will formally vote for our slate of officers for the upcoming Rotary year. We will also have our SECOND annual storytelling contest after dinner, so please start thinking about a story that you would like to share with club members. You may wish to bring a comfortable chair - and don't forget your sunscreen and bugspray!!
