Time is running out to take advantage of matching dollars for disaster relief donations. The club has authorized up to $500 to match member donations to the Rotary Disaster Response Fund by September 15. Districts that have been affected by natural disasters can use Rotary disaster response grants to launch their own projects or work with established relief organizations to help their communities recover.

La Crescent LIVE Concert |
Please click on the link below to sign up to help at our last brat fry of the year, Thursday, Sept. 18th during the La Crescent Live concert featuring Gregg Hall and the Wrecking Ball. The brat fry will be from 4 - 7 pm as usual. The concert will be from 4:30 to 6:30, ending in time for the Light Up La Crescent Parade.
*Note that there are 2 shifts for serving. The first shift starts at 3:15 which allows for wrapping food ahead of time, making serving easier! Hamburgers are also on the menu! Thank You!!

20 volunteers are required. Family and friends are welcome to participate. Lots of fun and the club receives a donation in exchange for our service. Use this link to signup to work with La Crescent Rotary.
If you can't make it at 3:30, come when you are able. FYI, this is the same night as the Torchlight Parade and Craft Beer event, so the crowd buying beer is very manageable.

Access the 2026 Volunteer Signup HERE. Meal pickup at La Crescent Community Building, 336 1st Street South (back door along alleyway). SEMCAC provides meals for senior citizens Monday through Friday of each week through their Senior Dining Program. Volunteers provide the delivery of the meals which are prepared and packaged at the La Crescent Community Building. SEMCAC has contacted our club with a request for help with Thursday deliveries. This would start on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, and continue indefinitely every Thursday. Times for the deliveries are from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Delivery volunteers pick up the meals and route information at the back door of the La Crescent Community Building located at 336 S. 1st Street. There are roughly 6 - 8 people who receive meals on each route. It generally takes no more than 25 - 40 minutes to complete a route. Please consider signing up for a few delivery times. Family and friends are also welcome to serve as volunteers! If you have any questions, please contact Teri Wildt or Teri Booth for more information. Call the Senior Dining Coordinator at (507) 895-6585 if you have questions while delivering. Thank you for volunteering for this activity! |
